These terms describe what Asset Link Finance & Assets (“Asset Link”, “we”) does and does not do, so you can rely on this website with clear expectations.

What Asset Link is

Asset Link is a consultancy. We source and present asset opportunities (such as land, property and vehicles), support due diligence, and introduce clients to partner lenders and professionals. We are not a bank, not a licensed lender, not an advocate and not a licensed valuer — where those services are needed, we work with, or refer you to, the appropriate licensed professionals.

Listings and availability

Every listing on this website — including prices, sizes and descriptions — is indicative and subject to confirmation. Assets may be sold, withdrawn or repriced by their owners, banks or auctioneers at any time. Auction and bank-instructed sales are governed by the seller’s own conditions of sale, which you should review before committing. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a transaction happens only under the seller’s documentation.

Financing disclosure

Financing is arranged through independent partner lenders and is always subject to the lender’s own assessment, terms and approval. Asset Link helps you prepare a complete application, but we do not and cannot guarantee approval, amounts, pricing or timelines. Any repayment figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrations, not quotes.

Due diligence

Our checks — such as title searches, records checks, inspections and valuations arranged with professionals — reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. The decision to buy, bid or borrow remains yours, and we encourage independent legal advice for any property transaction.

Fees

Service fees (for example site visits, inspections or searches) are communicated and agreed with you before they are incurred. Where we receive a fee or commission from another party to a transaction, we will tell you when you ask.

Liability

We take care to keep information on this site accurate, but we accept no liability for decisions made on listing information alone, for third-party conduct, or for losses arising from transactions concluded directly with sellers, auctioneers or lenders. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
