Financing
Financing that gets deals done.
Whether you’re funding a business, buying a car, unlocking value in a title deed or borrowing against your salary, we help you identify the right product and the right lender — and prepare a stronger, complete application for lender assessment.
Title deed & logbook loans
Borrow against an asset you already own.
Use a title deed or a logbook to secure financing — quick, safe and flexible funding, with the property or vehicle staying yours throughout. Prime properties include developed land with rentals, commercial units and personal homes.
- Property or vehicle — developed land with rental income, commercial units, a personal home, or a private, commercial or PSV vehicle
- Up to KES 100M on prime property — the amount is sized against the asset’s forced sale value and your ability to repay
- Clean title or logbook required — we run the search before anything is committed
